VIA LINK is a vital non-profit organization serving the Greater New Orleans area for over 50 years. We are dedicated to connecting individuals and families in need with critical resources and support services. Our core services include: 211 Information and Referral: Our 211 service provides free and confidential information and referrals to various community resources, including food banks, shelters, healthcare services, mental health support, and more. Crisis Intervention: We offer immediate assistance to individuals experiencing a crisis, such as domestic violence, homelessness, or mental health emergencies. Human Services Analysis & Technology: We empower human service organizations to achieve greater impact through the innovative use of data and technology. We develop and implement cutting-edge technology solutions tailored to these organizations' unique needs, enabling them to improve program effectiveness, increase efficiency, and enhance client outcomes. Community Outreach: We actively engage with community members and organizations to raise awareness about available resources and address critical social needs.
