ANCHOR1: Challenging Mindsets ANCHOR 2: Offering Hope ANCHOR 3: Teaching Responsibility ANCHOR4: Encouraging Restraint Our programs offer best-practice interventions to children, youths, and their families including: Passages, a model Rite of Passage intervention for school-age children Parenting Matters, teaching and offering skills rooted in childhood development Helping Mothers Heal, a weekly support group for mothers who's children have been violently murdered Evening Reporting Center, ERC, a 45-90 day program providing interventions to system involved youths to reduce repeated offenses of carjackings, arm robberies, theft, and possession and use of illegal firearms.
