Your donation helps us: Expand Coaches in Training: We hire, train, and mentor high school students to coach younger athletes, benefiting both. Last year, we trained 300+ coaches-help us recruit 100 more! Grow Coaching Pathways: We support high school coaches post-graduation with jobs, internships, career advising, and financial literacy to remove barriers to success. Founded in 2019, The 18th Ward uses sports to promote youth development, equity, and a stronger New Orleans.
