Since 1998, the School Leadership Center of Greater New Orleans (SLC) has helped school leaders grow and improve education. SLC supports principals and educators in public, private, parochial, and charter schools, helping them build positive, successful student learning environments.
Programs like the EQ Leaders Cohort help leaders develop emotional intelligence to navigate challenges. Discovery Walks provide insights on classroom engagement to improve teaching throughout the year. Strategic Planning allows schools to set clear goals with expert guidance, and Data Analysis ensures schools use assessments effectively to support student progress.
SLC strengthens leadership and teaching by encouraging collaboration, sharing knowledge, and connecting educators regionally. Through hands-on training, research, and ongoing support, SLC gives school leaders the tools to create better schools and help students succeed.
