About this Organization
Providence Community Housing is a 501c3 nonprofit community housing development organization (CHDO) focused on the preservation and production of quality affordable housing and resources for residents to improve their quality of life.
Providence currently provides quality rental homes to more than 2,000 low-to-moderate income individuals, seniors, and families in the GNO area and has helped 600 families realize the dream of homeownership through the purchase of their own home. Additionally, through case management and resident services we provide access to resources that help improve the quality of life for the individuals and families we serve.
Providence manages 21 affordable housing properties that housing approximately 2,500 low income seniors. We not only offer an affordable, dependable and safe place to live, but a community where our residents can thrive socially and intellectually as they age.
