NewCorp created a consensus driven space and facilitated discussions in order to address inclusion issues in variety of sectors specifically Arts and Culture. NewCorp's organizing actives have resulted in the development of shared vision for several artist to become economic engines and sources for job and wealth creation for the African American community. Through NewCorp's Arts & Culture Incubator, the New Orleans Black Mardi Gras Indians Co-Op was developed allowing Masking Indians to become artist and develop themselves as artist and business owners.
