Through tailored programs and a continuum of services Dress for Success New Orleans serves over 500 women and individuals identifying as women annually as they rise up from being unemployed and searching, to recently employed and adjusting, to gainfully employed and succeeding. All services are free of charge to clients and include Suiting Program (Interview, Internship and Employment), The Coca-Cola Foundation Hospitality Corner (uniform apparel), Capital One Career Center (resume, cover letter, mock job interviews, workshops), Employment Retention Program (Professional Women's Group: monthly networking and continued education for newly employed women), Digital Skills Ready (technology classes), Women 2 Women Mentoring Program (six month one on one mentorship), and Dress for Success Community (network of support found online and in the app store). DFSNO gives women a hand up, not a hand out.
