Each year, CrescentCare serves the people of Southeast Louisiana at four locations: our MidCity and St. Roch clinics in New Orleans, Baton Rouge Legal Services, and Exchange Support Services in Houma - as well as at numerous community outreach and partner events across the New Orleans area. Our approach focuses on creating a medical home where we provide wraparound care for our 12,800 patients. We provide primary medical care, pediatrics, psychiatry, and behavioral health therapy, with specialist programs for women's health, sexual wellness, gender care, and LGBTQ wellness. Support services include case management, chronic disease management, therapeutic groups, peer support, life skills, nutrition, advocacy, insurance enrollment, tobacco cessation, hard reduction, health education, and additional recovery programs. The NO/AIDS Task Force was founded forty-one years ago and focused on health equity for people living with HIV. We grew, expanded, and became a community health center in 2014.
