CA Next currently supports over 3,000 alums from our five high schools: Abramson Sci Academy, Collegiate Baton Rouge, George Washington Carver High School, Livingston Collegiate Academies, and Walter L Cohen High School. CA Next advising sessions include materials to support the "softer side" of career and college preparation - conversation tools, resources, and readiness, but we know that those are not the only resources that are critical for post-secondary success. This year, your GiveNOLA Day donation will directly benefit graduates by helping them achieve their postsecondary goals by having the tech required to do so. Funds will help cover the costs of new laptop computers so that our CA grads can pursue their most rigorous post-secondary pathways with one of the primary tools needed in our modern world. Since we started participating in GiveNOLA Day 2020, our amazing donors contributed over $50,000 in funding for Collegiate graduates from 587 individual donors, and we have been able to offer brand-new laptops to over 150 alumni!
