Café Reconcile's signature workforce training program supports young adults, ages 16-24, from the greater New Orleans area as they strive to fulfill their personal and professional ambitions. Interns work through a tiered experience that offers learning opportunities in social-emotional skills, occupational training, and accessing and navigating professional pathways. Our nationally recognized daily lunch cafe - Café Reconcile - provides a real-world setting for Interns to put their newly acquired skills to the test. Since our founding 25 years ago, Reconcile has worked with over 2,000 young adults preparing them with marketable skills to thrive.
