Whether you're wondering how you can be sure your wishes are honored at the end of your life, concerned about making your death easier on your family, or scrambling to take care of the myriad issues that arise when a loved one dies, Wake can help. Wake has set a goal of $5,000 this GiveNOLA Day to support our core program. The Community Deathcare program targets a gap in healthcare and social services for the population at large, which is access to and education about Advance Care Planning.
