Our justice work spans health, climate, food, education, housing, workforce, culture, and arts, in partnership with the community. Key activities include: Community Engagement: We're launching a community needs assessment and hosting focus groups and meetings to foster dialogue. Food Access: Through VEGGI Farmers Cooperative, we provide culturally relevant, healthy foods to Vietnamese seniors weekly. Business Development: We're relaunching the Villages of the East Coalition, uniting local nonprofits and faith-based groups to address environmental justice. Environmental Justice: Partnering with green infrastructure companies and Healthy Gulf, we're building projects along waterways to manage stormwater and reduce nutrient runoff. Senior Housing: We're developing affordable senior housing in response to post-Katrina needs, collaborating with experts through the ULI REDI program.
