Rayne Early Childhood Program began serving children in 1971 as a half-day preschool. As the needs of the community changed, Rayne Early Childhood Program began providing full-day care and education in 1994. We embrace childhood as a unique and valuable stage of life and consequently, learning and growth take place in a secure, relaxed, loving, stimulating, and a child-centered environment. On GiveNOLA Day, we are raising funds for teacher support and sustainability. Donations made on GiveNOLA Day will help us secure scholarships and, even more so, help support benefits for our teachers that currently do not receive health insurance.
