Our programming includes: Through Federal CBDG and HOME grants provided by Jefferson Parish Community Development: •Owner Occupied Repairs: Includes exterior and interior repairs up to $55,000 for a total of up to $400K per fiscal year. •Jefferson Joining Forces: For homeowners who receive Code Violations and cannot afford repairs - up to $25,000 each for a total of $150K per fiscal year. https://www.noelci.org/jjf-before-and-afters •Emergency Repairs: For individuals who have roofing, heating and air-conditioning, water heater and electrical panel issues - up $25,000, for a total of $50K per fiscal year. •Terrytown Façade Program The Pilot program will kick-off May 2024 and provide improvements to the front-exterior of the homeowner's property. Improvements addressed will be landscaping and repair or replacement/painting of doors/windows, soffit and fascia, repair/replacement of sidewalks and driveways. We anticipate providing this service to 30 families. This is funded by the Jefferson Parish Council, and was preceded by the Terrytown Model Home project.
